The bespoke option is often chosen to create something to a specified brief, for a specific project a special gift or by a boutique wishing to create something different for their customers.
Prior to commencing manufacturing a cad image is generated to bridge the gap between imagination and the physical world. At this stage the cad image can be tweaked or changed where required.
Once approved using either 3d printing or cnc machining a physical model is made, which is then used to make mould for casting.
From the mould the item is cast, then hand finished before electroplating.
Every items that leaves the work shop is fully engineered, taking into consideration issues such as its intended use, its method of manufacture, fixtures and fittings and the environment it will used in.
This important information is gathered together at the initial design stage in the form of a quality function deployment document, this ethos ensures the item produced is fit for purpose with a high standard of quality.
